The Bancroft Solar Project (“Project”) is a proposed 3-megawatt solar photovoltaic facility located on a~76-acre parcel in the Southeast Quarter of Section 30, Township 103 North, Range 21 West, Bancroft Township, Freeborn County, Minnesota that has been previously disturbed for agriculture activities. The current site is a flat, open field that would require minimal grading. The disturbance of land would be limited to the approximately 20-acre Project area during construction. Activities associated with the construction, interconnection, and operation of the Project would take place within the approximately 20-acre Project area.
