REAP NewERA PACE Notification Form

On March 26, 2025, recipients of funding through the Rural Energy for America Program (REAP), the New Empowering Rural America (New ERA) and the Powering Affordable Clean Energy (PACE) programs were provided 30 calendar days to inform USDA Rural Development of whether they would like to make changes to their projects. Proposed modifications must be in compliance with applicable statutes and program requirements, and within original award amounts. Rural Development will not approve any changes that affect the scoring of projects that were competitively scored. If awardees do not respond via this website, it will be considered that they do not wish to make changes to their proposals, and disbursements and other actions will resume after the 30 days. For awardees who respond via this website to confirm no changes, processing on their projects will resume immediately.

If you do not know your UEI number, access your Sam.gov account for information.
