Acting State Director for West Virginia

Mark Wax is the Acting State Director for USDA Rural Development in West Virginia. Mark has worked in every loan and grant program area of Rural Development over the course of his 33-year career.  Mark has a Business Degree from Minot State University with a double major in Management and Finance and an MBA from the University of North Dakota.
