During the webinar, USDA's Rural Utilities Service Assistant Administrator Laurel Leverrier and ReConnect Program Director Ken Kuchno will provide an overview of both rounds of ReConnect Program funding, an in-depth discussion of the new ReConnect regulation, and review the public comment process and program timeline.
Beginning on Feb. 26, Rural Development also began accepting public comments on the new regulation. Comments will be accepted through April 27, 2021. You can submit your comments at www.regulations.gov.
