Please join USDA Rural Development in learning about programs and best practices for recruiting and retaining the rural healthcare workforce featuring presentations from the Department of Health and Human Services, Veteran’s Affairs, and a rural hospital official. The workshop is scheduled for Wednesday, November 15, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m. Eastern Time and will be recorded and posted to the RWIN webpage a couple of weeks after the webinar. USDA Resource Guide for Workforce Development: This resource guide outlines programs and services available at USDA and other federal agencies that support workforce development in rural communities. It helps community leaders and other local entities access resources more easily to create jobs, train talent, expand educational opportunities and provide technical assistance.
RWIN Membership Form: The RWIN membership form is now available. USDA is creating a member listing to share funding and learning opportunities with and to help connect those championing rural workforce efforts outside of our virtual meetings.
