USDA Seeks Applications for Energy Audit and Renewable Energy Development Grants

The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) Rural Development is accepting applications for grants to support energy audits and renewable energy development.

USDA's Rural Energy for America Program (REAP) Energy Audit and Renewable Energy Development Assistance Grants may be used by the recipient to conduct and promote energy audits and provide renewable energy development assistance to rural small businesses and agricultural producers. State, tribal, and local governments; institutions of higher education; rural electric cooperatives; and public power entities are eligible to apply.

Applications must be received no later than 4:30 p.m. Pacific Time on January 31, 2020. In Oregon, applications should be submitted to the Tangent office:
