USDA Rural Development staff is here to assist rural Ohioans with our business, community, electric, family housing, telecommunication, and water and environmental programs. We are committed to increasing economic opportunity and improving the quality of life for Ohio's rural families and communities. Our state office is in downtown Columbus, and we have area offices in Findlay, Hillsboro, Marietta, and Massillon.
Our normal business hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
