Rural Illinoisans affected by the March 10, 2026 severe storm and tornado in Ford, Grundy, Iroquois, Kankakee, Livingston, and Will counties can speak with customer service representatives about U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) low-interest disaster recovery loans at Disaster Loan Outreach Centers, open until Saturday, May 9.
