Lori Lloyd

Lori Lloyd is the Director of the Procurement Management Office (PMO) with over two decades of successful experience in contract management and acquisitions. She specializes in developing personnel to provide expert business advice and support for all Rural Development programs. Lori has experience in management, team building, strategic implementation, and collaboration.

Lori has been the Director of PMO for over five years. Before working for USDA, she held several Contracting Senior Leader positions with the Air Force. Lori was and still is responsible for multi‐million/billion‐dollar contracts including oversight, development, and contract
sustainment. She loves data analysis and tackling complex problems.

A Utah native, Lori was born in Ogden and grew up in the area. She moved to the National Capital Region in 2013. She has a bachelor’s degree in social work and two master’s degrees: one in business and one in strategic operation management. Mrs. Lloyd loves learning and is always excited to experience new things. In 2015, she worked as a Career Broadener supporting the Joint Chief of Staff at the Pentagon, where Lori played a vital role in the continued development of U.S. strategic initiatives.

In her free time, when she is not supporting Rural Development's contract actions, you can find her puttering around in the garden.
